Use of Service
By using LawnCraft CA, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws in Canada. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
- Acceptable Use: You will not misuse equipment, obstruct access, or engage in abusive behavior toward personnel.
- Property Access: You authorize access to outdoor areas required for service and will secure pets and gates in advance.
- Hazards: You will disclose sprinklers, debris, uneven terrain, or any hazards that may impact safe operation.
- Equipment Safety: Do not approach powered equipment while in operation; maintain a safe distance at all times.
Scheduling
We provide weekly or biweekly service windows. Weather, ground conditions, and holidays may affect timing; we will communicate changes as early as possible.
- Windows: You will receive an estimated time window. Unforeseen delays may shift service to the next available slot.
- Access: Please ensure gates are unlocked and vehicles are moved from lawn areas before the window opens.
- Missed Access: If we cannot access the property during the window, a call-out fee may apply.
- Rescheduling: You may request rescheduling subject to availability within the current cycle.
Payments
Prices are per visit unless otherwise noted. Taxes may apply based on your province. Invoices are due upon receipt unless you are on an approved billing schedule.
- Methods: We accept major cards and e-Transfer. Payment details are handled by secure processors.
- Due Date: Invoices are due upon receipt. Late balances may accrue a monthly late fee as permitted by law.
- Disputes: Notify us within 7 days of invoice date for billing questions; we will investigate promptly.
- Promotions: Discounts are applied at invoicing and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a visit to avoid a cancellation fee. Weather-related changes initiated by us will not incur fees.
- Standard Window: Cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee up to 50% of the visit price.
- Emergency: Documented emergencies may be considered for fee waivers at our discretion.
- Recurring Plans: Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a schedule change or plan termination.
Liability
We are insured. Please ensure access to the lawn area and note any hazards in advance. LawnCraft CA is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or pre-existing conditions.
- Damages: Report any concerns within 48 hours with photos; we will review and respond.
- Weather: Services affected by inclement weather may be delayed or modified for safety.
- Third-Party: We are not liable for third-party utilities, invisible fences, or irrigation not disclosed to us.
- Limitations: To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws in Canada.
